The Wireless VoIP Modem supplied is the Netcomm NB11W VDSL2 modem.

1AdamEzyChoice monthly data is downloads only and upload data is bound by the Adam Internet Acceptable Use Policy. AdamSuperChoice monthly data is calculated by adding your download and upload usage together. Data is counted towards your Peak quota during the hours of 9am until 1am and towards your Off-Peak during the hours of 1am until 9am. Once you have reached your monthly data (by reaching you Peak, Off-Peak or Monthly Data limit), your service will be shaped to 128/128kbps until your next billing month.

2Costs are payable monthly in advance either by credit card or direct debit. Billing occurs on the anniversary of the activation of your AdamEzyChoice order. For example, if your connection is activated on the 7th of the month, your billing will occur on the 7th of every month thereafter.

3 Based on network tests on a sample of customers, users can expect to obtain speeds of between 25Mbps and 100Mbps. Different speeds will be obtained at different times, depending on backhaul capacity, the number of customers using the network at a particular time, your hardware and software, general internet congestion, the source of your download and the AdamEzyChoice VDSL2 plan you have selected.
